TTT group to sell sweet corn for fundraiser
The local TTT organization, FD Chapter will be selling Hamilton County sweet corn on Monday to help raise funds to send girls to camp. Sales will begin around 10 a.m. in the lot south of Hy-Vee on Second Street, and will run throughout the day-or until they are out of corn. The TTT group annually sends young girls, who would not normally get the chance to go, to camp. The group funds their entire trip, including clothing and other items needed. TTT holds various fundraisers throughout the year, and 100 percent of the money raised goes toward sending these girls to camp. The public is invited to come down and purchase sweet corn on Monday, to help the cause. Any questions may be directed to Steve Hayes at 515-835-1118.
