Women of the Moose to serve spaghetti dinner on Aug. 6
The Women of the Moose will be having an all-you-can-eat spaghetti supper will be from 6 to 8 p.m. on Aug. 6. The meal will be held at the Moose Lodge in Webster City. Cost of the meal will be $7 and will include spaghetti, salad and Texas toast. On Aug. 13, the organization will be serving a hot beef meal for $7. These meals are to help raise funds for the charitable projects that the Women of the Moose support. These meals are open to the public. The Webster City Cheerleaders will also be holding bake sales at the Moose Lodge both nights to help raise funds for their organization.

Groves — 50
Harley and Jan Groves, of Farmington, Minn. (formerly of Webster City), will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Saturday.
Janis Daniels and Harley Groves were married July 31, 1960, at Duncombe Methodist Church.
